Art on display at UCM gallery
The Mid-Missouri Artists Summer Exhibition and a special showing of works by Richard Luehrman, UCM professor of art emeritus, will remain on display through July 25 in the University of Central Missouri Art Center Gallery.
Luehrman’s works include a group of sketches of Missouri birds, as well as paintings depicting a depth of feeling relating to World War II.
MMA members have 130 works of art on display.
The gallery is located on Clark Street across from the UCM library and is open to visitors free of charge during the week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hours are extended to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and also on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
