Legendary ragtime composer and pianist Bob Milne will perform at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 and 2 p.m. Dec. 15 at the West End Theatre, 301 Doddridge Ave. in Blackwater.
Tickets are $13 and available at the door. The concert is a fundraiser for the Blackwater Preservation Society.
