Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra to perform Feb. 17

The Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Kevin Lines, will perform at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 17 in the Harold L. Lickey Auditorium of Bueker Middle School in Marshall.

The concert will feature St. Louis Symphony Orchestra’s concertmaster, David Halen.
