Bryan Wright to perform ragtime concert Feb. 1

The Scott Joplin Foundation’s 2013 Artist in Residence, Bryan Wright, will perform a ragtime concert at 7 p.m. Feb. 1 at First Christian Church, 200 S. Limit Ave. in Sedalia.

Wright plans to visit 11 area schools throughout the week before his performance. Free-will donations will benefit the Scott Joplin Foundation and Artist in Residence program.
