Alyssa D. Francis, 12, of Paris, Mo., wins first place in the 11- 13 age group with a 100 percent Pendleton wool, six-panel, pleated skirt and cape, topped with a black flat top hat. The Lead Line competition promotes the use of wool by pairing the sheep with the fashionable products that are derived from their fleece.
