State Fair Butter Cow

"This is three-year-old butter," Hargrave said. The butter is recycled from past butter cow projects. Last year Hargrave and her brother Scott created a butter cow sculpture for the dairy center that was a takeoff on Rodin's sculpture, "The Thinker". This year about 600-700 pounds of butter are being used to craft the Moona-Lisa.
