Marianne Lee, right, and her daughter, Peggy Scroggins, owned and operated the Das Edelweiss restaurant in Warsaw in the 1990s. Although the restaurant has since closed the two women put together a cookbook that features the restaurant's most requested dishes along with a pictorial biography of Lee's family roots in Bad Rappenau, Germany. The book is also sprinkled with snapshots of customers at the restaurant.
