Pearl Harbor veteran a real memory maker

William Richards, a World War II Navy veteran who was at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed, was overwhelmed when Tony Gallagher, commander of the 40 & 8, presented him with a certificate of appreciation for his service. He was on the USS Pennsylvania, when the Japanese invaded on Dec. 7, 1941.
