Pettis County Treasurer Jane Kelley, a Democrat, poses on Thursday, just days before she retires from office after 12 years as treasurer and more than 20 years working for Pettis County government.  Republican Treasurer-elect Kim Lyne will be sworn into office during a public ceremony at 10 a.m. Monday in the Pettis County Clerk’s office.
