In reference to the letter headlined “Rich get entitlements, too” (Dec. 21):
Gee whiz, all these many years I thought the 16th Amendment to the Constitution allowed Congress to confiscate a percentage of my earned or unearned income from the sweat of my brow, when all this time it has been an entitlement.
