VFW Post 4195 recognizes students
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4195 in Knob Noster honored Wilma Kinder’s middle school students, who participated in the nationwide youth essay writing contest competition, Patriot’s Pen.
This contest gives the sixth, seventh and eighth grade students the opportunity to write essays expressing their views on democracy. This year’s theme was “Why America’s Veterans Should be Honored”
