Buggy overturns, injuring woman

A Versailles woman was injured while traveling with a horse and buggy Friday in Morgan County.
Ester F. Kilmer, 39, was taken by ambulance to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City with moderate injuries.
The accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. as Kilmer was northbound on Highway E just north of Highway Hh near Versailles. The horse made a sudden left turn, causing the buggy to overturn and hit a hitching post. The buggy dismantled, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
