A camel rests peacefully, Friday, while its companion takes a turn at giving children rides at Hendrick’s Educational Petting Zoo during the second day of the 2017 Missouri State Fair. Hendrick’s also offers a racing pig show at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. each day.

With a face only a mother could love a non-bearded white silky chicken peers from its enclosure in the Poultry and Rabbit Building Friday afternoon at the Missouri State Fair. Poultry will continue to show through Monday and will include a rooster crowing competition each day.
