Versailles teens taken to hospital following crash

Two Versailles teens were injured in a single-car accident in Moniteau County near Russellville.
Kyle Z. Bobbitt, 17, and Kendra M. Hilkemeyer, 19, were taken by ambulance to Capital Region Hospital in Jefferson City, according to Highway Patrol reports.
Bobbitt was driving west on state Route C about 12:20 p.m. Monday when the accident happened. He drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected and slid off the left side of the road. The car struck a ditch and overturned, coming to rest on its top.
