Odessa man injured in accident

An Odessa man was injured Thursday in a motorcycle accident in Lafayette County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Web site.
There was no condition information available from St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs on Todd W. Pentico, 23.
Pentico was southbound on state Route 131, a half-mile south of U.S. Highway 24, at about 9:30 p.m. when his motorcycle ran off the road and overturned.
No summons was issued, the report states.
