Jordyn Williams, of Sedalia, and Shad Shirky, of Clifton City, were married at 3 p.m. June 7 at Flat Creek Baptist Church in Sedalia.
The bride is the daughter of Gene Williams and Joyce Wright, both of Sedalia. The groom is the son of Pete and Monica Shirky, of Clifton City.
Minister Bill Boatman conducted the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Samantha Stetzenbach was the maid of honor. Nichole Hollomon and Kallie Castle, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids. Hannah Wright, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
Chris Siegel was the best man. Andrea Thierfelder, cousin of the groom, was the groomswoman and Stetson Shirky, brother of the groom, was the groomsman. Carter Riley was the ring bearer. Justin Wright and Taylor Williams, both brothers of the bride, were ushers.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted June 6 hosted by the groom’s parents in Clifton City.
A wedding reception was hosted June 7 at the Missouri Electric Cooperative building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. She is a teacher for the Sedalia School District 200 at Heber Hunt Elementary School.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Otterville High School. He is currently a livestock farmer in Clifton City.
After a honeymoon to Branson the couple will live in Clifton City.
