Two teen girls killed, one injured in vehicle accident

Two teenaged girls were killed, and one was crtically injured in an early Saturday morning crash in Morgan County, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.



Kayla L. Eckhoff, 15, of Stover, and Jacey F. Hudson, 14, of Kingsville, both passengers in the vehicle, were killed in the accident. Ashton Q. Hudson, 16, of Florence, was injured. Ashton, Jacey Hudson's  cousin and the vehicle driver, was taken by helicopter to University Hospital. She was  in critical condition Friday evening, a spokeswoman said.



The accident occurred at 12:44 a.m. on Missouri 135 near Route BB. Ashton drove off the right side of the road, then back onto the road, and the vehicle overturned several times. None was wearing a seat belt, according to the patrol.
