VERSAILLES — A jury trial has been set in the case of a Stover woman and her boyfriend accused of second degree murder after her 3-year-old son was found dead in February.
Attorneys for Jamie Litton, 26, and Thomas “T.J.” Presley, 21, waived their right to a formal arraignment Thursday. Both are charged with felony second-degree murder and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child; Presley is also charged with felony abuse of a child resulting in death.
