Galaxy 10 owner/manager Seth Wagenknecht stands next to platters of 35 mm film on June 14, the last day of film at the Sedalia theater. Galaxy 10 is now entirely outfitted with state-of-the-art digital projectors. It was an expensive switch, yet an easy choice for Wagenknecht. Industry insiders predict theaters that don’t switch to digital will soon go out of business.
