Two Tipton residents were arrested by Tipton police officers on drug charges.
Troy Gilpatrick, 45, and Kristy Gilpatrick, 40, were both charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and felony possession of a controlled substance by the Moniteau County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
