Man arrested in Warrensburg shooting

WARRENSBURG — A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred earlier this week.

David M. Blevens was charged with armed criminal action and the first-degree assault of Carlos Simmons, 22, who was shot about midnight Tuesday.
