Gov. Matt Blunt is scheduled to make an appearance in Thursday in Sedalia.
Blunt is expected to speak at 2 p.m. on the lawn of the administrative offices at the Missouri State Fair, next to the Mathewson Exhibition Center. The event is open to the public.
According to a press release, Blunt plans to talk about the 2008 Missouri State Fair.
In the event of rain, the governor will speak in Mohler Assembly Hall.
