William Richards
William Richards, a World War II Navy veteran who was at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed, was overwhelmed when Tony Gallagher, commander of the 40 & 8, presented him with a certificate of appreciation for his service. He was on the USS Pennsylvania when the Japanese invaded on Dec. 7, 1941.
Mayor Elaine Horn
Mayor Elaine Horn presented Army veteran Donald Laudenberger with an American flag on behalf of Crossroads Hospice in a patriotic ceremony held on Monday at Four Seasons Living Center.
