A Kansas woman is charged with attempting to deliver marijuana concealed in a balloon to a prison in Tipton, according to the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force.
Joyce Bradley-Wade, 46, of Olathe, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a correctional facility. She was being held at Pettis County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
