Johnson County Coroner C.L. Holdren ruled the Monday morning death of an airman stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base a suicide, according to investigators.
Capt. Aaron Miller, with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, said the airman, identified as Brian K. Wood, was found by friends about 2:40 a.m. Monday morning.
