2 from Marshall injured in Pettis DWI crash

Two Marshall residents had moderate injuries resulting from a one-vehicle crash on Saturday in Pettis County where the driver was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kyle A. Duffey, 32, was eastbound on Bothwell Park Road near Tanglenook Road at 2:25 a.m. when he failed to stop for a stop sign and struck a ditch and a tree line.
