Two Independence residents received minor injuries in a motorcycle accident at 1:38 p.m. Sunday in Johnson County.

David L. Arney, 44, was driving north on Missouri 13 Highway when he lost control in a curve and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
