Democrat Editor Bob Satnan, shown here during a final week workout at Total Fitness in Sedalia as part of the Healthy U class of 2012, won the program’s first weight loss challenge by dropping 106 pounds, or, as he describes it, “the equivalent of a fifth-grader.” He added, “You have to be honest and committed to helping yourself.”
