Benton County Sheriff Rick Fajen escorts Robert B. Blurton, 45, from the jail to the Benton County Courthouse for a Wednesday morning preliminary hearing.

Blurton, charged with three counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Cole Camp residents Donald, Sharon and Taron Luetjen, waived his preliminary hearing and is set to appear for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. April 20.

The Luetjens were found shot to death at their Cole Camp home June 9.

Blurton pleaded not guilty on each of the three counts in July and is currently being jailed in lieu of a $3 million bond.
