A Warsaw man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a vehicle accident at 11:15 p.m. Sunday in Benton County.
Mark A. Rogers, 24, was driving south on Missouri 7 Highway, one-tenth of a mile north of state Route KK when he drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected, drove off the left side of the road and overturned, and was thrown from the vehicle, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
