S-C’s digital photography class gives students real-world career skills

Adrienne Parker has hopes of becoming a commercial photographer, shooting weddings and senior portraits. Courtney Graves plans on a career photographing marine life. And Abby Monsees will need digital imaging skills as she pursues crime scene investigation as an occupation.

All three students are building career skills in a new course at Smith-Cotton High School, Photography I, taught by art instructor Michael Shukers.
