A Columbia man was killed in a motorcycle accident at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in Cooper County.
Donald A. Hawkins, 39, was driving west on Interstate 70 at the 112.6 mile marker when he entered a curve, drove off the left side of the road, hit the median cables, overturned and was thrown from his motorcycle, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
