7:06 a.m.: Daniel S. Hooper, 33, of the 1500 block of East Broadway Boulevard, was arrested at his home on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree property damage.
11:12 p.m.: Deante R. Marshall, 19, of the 2100 block of West Second Street, was arrested near the intersection of East 14th Street and Montgomery Avenue on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
12:01 a.m.: Charles T. Shaver, 28, of the 1900 block of South Park Avenue, was arrested at his home on charges of second-degree domestic assault.
2:18 a.m.: Alvin O. Brown, 51, no address given, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of first-degree trespassing and assault on a law enforcement officer.
11:04 a.m.: An animal running at large was reported in the 900 block of Sneed Avenue.
2:58 p.m.: A verbal disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Howard Street.
11:04 p.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported in the 1300 block of East 24th Street.
1:54 a.m.: A verbal disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of West Third Street.

6:09 p.m.: Property damage was reported in the 2000 block of Palmer Road.
Missouri State Hwy. Patrol
8:35 p.m.: Kay L. Blackburn, 42, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of a controlled substance and failing to wear a seat belt.
