Arrests


July 29


1:24 p.m.: Joshua R. Linares, 18, of Marshall, was arrested in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of shoplifting less than $150 worth of merchandise.


3:02 p.m.: Juan C. Rodriguez, 22, no address given, was arrested near the intersection of South Marvin Avenue and East 14th Street on a charge of stealing.


8:25 p.m.: Devin D. Riley, 19, of the 3100 block of Brianna Boulevard, was arrested near the intersection of East 14th Street and South Ingram Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and failure to appear.


July 30


1:10 a.m.: George Johnson Jr., 28, of Kansas City, was arrested near the intersection of West Saline Street and South Grand Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


10:14 a.m.: Damon L. Buckner, 39, of the 1600 block of Heck Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West Saline Street and Mill Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

July 28


11:39 a.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit card in the amount of $300 was reported in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue.


July 29


12:03 p.m.: Three bicycles with a combined value of $150 were reported stolen from the outside front of a business in the 2500 block of East Broadway Boulevard.


4:50 p.m.: Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of West Fifth Street.


5:12 p.m.: A red men’s bicycle was reported stolen in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard.


5:14 p.m.: Domestic violence was reported in the 500 block of East 10th Street.


6:20 p.m.: A set of car keys was found in the 500 block of East 10th Street.

12:44 p.m.: An air conditioning unit was reported stolen in the 30000 block of Muschaney Road.

8:15 p.m.: Michael A. Simpson, 33, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.


July 30


9:50 a.m.: Melody A. Milam, 39, of Higginsville, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
