Aug. 16


4:55 a.m.: Joshua R. Smith, 30, of the 400 block of North Hurley Avenue, was arrested at his home on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.


4:11 p.m.: Cerrina I. Elliot, 45, of the 300 block of East 13th Street, was arrested near the intersection of West Seventh Street at Osage Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


5:12 p.m.: Robert A. Peery, 42, no address given, was arrested in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue on a charge of shoplifting.


6:29 p.m.: Noah J. Mitchell, 35, of the 600 block of South Barnett Avenue, was arrested at his home on a charge of excessive noise and failure to obey an officer.


10:41 p.m.: Julia A. Lefevers, 40, of the 400 block of East Seventh Street, was arrested near the intersection of East 12th Street and South Massachusetts Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.


Aug. 17


1:01 a.m.: John A. Reigelsberger, 23, of Beunswick, was arrested in the 2500 block of West 16th Street on a charge of first-degree trespassing.

10:13 a.m.: A riding lawn mower valued at $999 was reported stolen in the 2100 block of Clinton Road.


1:44 p.m.: A vehicle forced off the roadway into a fire hydrant by an unknown driver who fled the scene was reported near the intersection of West 10th Street and Mitchell Road.


4:21 p.m.: Three bicycles with a combined value of $450 were reported stolen in the 400 block of East Broadway Boulevard.


4:23 p.m.: A wallet was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Prospect Avenue.


6:12 p.m.: A victim reported being bitten by a small black dog in the 200 block of South Prospect Avenue.


6:18 p.m.: An undisclosed amount of merchandise was reported stolen from a business in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue.


Aug. 16


12:38 a.m.: A cell phone valued at $400 was reported stolen in the 500 block of Dal Whi Mo Court.


11 a.m.: Theft of $194 worth of merchandise from a business was reported in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.


11:16 a.m.: A burglary was reported in the 100 block of East Fourth Street as surveillance footage showed a man going behind the counter of a business and stealing $128 from a cash drawer.


4:46 p.m.: Approximately $15 in loose change was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block of South Prospect Avenue.


6:07 p.m.: A bicycle was found near the intersection of U.S. 65 and West 16th Street.


6:50 p.m.: A cell phone valued at $30 was reported stolen in the 1500 block of East 16th Street.


10:31 p.m.: Theft of $20 worth of fuel from a business was reported in the 1700 block of West Broadway Boulevard.


12:56 p.m.: A scooter was reported stolen in the 1700 block of South Park Avenue.

8:33 a.m.: A vehicle was reported vandalized in the 6600 block of U.S. Highway 50.


11:42 a.m.: A mailbox valued at $100 was reported damaged in the 6200 block of U.S. Highway 50.

10:03 p.m.: A missing person was reported in the 1400 block of Timber Ridge Drive.

Arrests


Aug. 16


12:18 a.m.: Keyton W. Baldwin, 18, of Pleasant Hill, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.


10:04 p.m.: Ross A. West, 61, of Gravois Mills, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failing to drive on the right side of the road and driving while intoxicated.
