Arrests


Aug. 16


10:26 p.m.: Joshua R. Linares, 18, of Marshall, was arrested in the 1800 block of Clarendon Road on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Incidents


Aug. 18


10:25 a.m.: A suspect walking out of a store with an air compressor without paying was reported in the 4400 block of Wisconsin Avenue.


10:32 a.m.: Several pieces of identification were found near the intersection of South Kentucky Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard.


11:07 a.m.: A vehicle driver’s side mirror was reported broken in the 600 block of South Lafayette Avenue.


12:18 p.m.: A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 900 block of West Broadway Boulevard.


1:16 p.m.: A disturbance where two victims told police a man approached saying he wanted to fight both of them was reported in the 500 block of East Fifth Street.


3:05 p.m.: Registration stickers were reported stolen from the license plate of a vehicle in the 100 block of West Pacific Street.


7:42 p.m.: Burning without a permit was reported in the 200 block of West Cooper Avenue.


8:33 p.m.: A pink Barbie bicycle was found in the 1000 block of West 10th Street.


10:29 p.m.: Two glass mugs were reported stolen from a business in the 4100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

11:33 p.m.: A laptop computer was reported stolen in the 3200 block of West 16th Street.


Aug. 18


5:29 p.m.: Cash was reported stolen from a residence in the 4200 block of West Main Street.

6:39 p.m.: Christopher D. Riggs, 37, of Stover, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failing to display valid license plates, no insurance and no seat belt.
