Aug. 22


5:30 p.m.: Sara A. Howard, 19, of Cole Camp, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Howard Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


6:20 p.m.: Gerald Brown, 41, of Lake Ozark, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of disturbing the peace.


6:20 p.m.: Michael T. Quillen, 24, of the 34000 block of Bluebird Hollow, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of disturbing the peace.


6:34 p.m.: Gerald A. Brown, 41, of the 500 block of West Third Street, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Ruth Ann Drive on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Aug. 22


10:31 a.m.: A loan scam was reported by a victim who sent an upfront payment to secure the funding via pre-paid debit card.


11:35 p.m.: Identity theft was reported by a victim in the 200 block of Osage Avenue who told police someone in Texas was using his name and social security number.


3:24 p.m.: A compact disc player was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block of East Sixth Street.

9:55 p.m.: A cellular phone was reported stolen in the 1200 block of East Third Street.


11:35 p.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street.

9:24 a.m.: Marilyn Ivy, 61, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of 16th Street and Osage Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

2:29 a.m.: Willie J. Carter, 23, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


2:30 a.m.: Shawn A Pickens, 20, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


5:28 p.m.: Daniel S. Fenson, 26, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.


9:02 p.m.: Nola M. Heath, 56, of Lapine, Oregon, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.

12:45 a.m.: Jonathan M. Oliva, 20, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


12:45 a.m.: Jonathan A. Null, 19, of Columbia, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


3:09 a.m.: Christopher L. Sorto, 29, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license.
