Sedalia Police Department
3:56 p.m.: Gina M. Robinson, 53, of the 1100 block of South Harding Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Summit Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. A traffic stop was conducted and the woman consented to a search of her purse. Loose prescription pills, which she did not have a prescription for, were found in the purse. She was removed from the vehicle and before she was placed in handcuffs, she shoved syringes down her pants. Once she was taken to the Pettis County Jail and a strip search was conducted, syringes were removed from her underwear.
6 p.m.: Trevor S. Baker, 20, of Smithton, was arrested near the intersection of Scott Joplin Court and Pettis Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
3:01 p.m.: An SPD officer received a report from the Children’s Division regarding a sex crime that possibly happened in Sedalia.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
4:10 p.m.: Gary L. Kidwell, 35, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and unlawful possession of a weapon.
