While Renner entertained the other children, Madalyn Braun, 4, was enjoying honking all the bicycle horns on the Recycle Cycle Thursday morning. Madalyn was spending the day at the fair with her mother Priscilla Braun, of Sedalia. Renner said the idea came to him to build the cycle when he saw Hillbilly cars at other events. “So it gave me an idea to make a car out of trash — some cars start out as trash, some cars end up that way,” he said.
