Clearing for New Store

The clearing of brush and more than two dozen trees by B&P Excavating and Tim's Tree Service is nearly complete Wednesday at the site for a new Advance Auto Parts store on West Broadway Boulevard, about a block west of the intersection of South Limit Avenue. Danny Jackson, construction site superintendent with Tri-C Construction, of Akron, Ohio, said a 6,895 square-foot store with 35 parking spaces will open in about 4 months, if the weather does not cause too many problems. People will be able to enter and exit the lot from both West Broadway Boulevard and Sunset Drive, he said. pic slug:
