The Central Missouri Mules knocked off the 15th-ranked Fort Hays (Kan.) Tigers on Thursday night with a 93-85 MIAA overtime victory at Warrensburg.
The Mules (7-1 overall, 1-0 MIAA) led by as many as 13 points — the largest lead of the game by either team — in the first half. They led 36-33 at halftime, and the score was tied at 73 at the end of regulation.
Central Missouri used a 6-0 run in overtime to give it an 81-76 advantage, a lead it never relinquished.
Daylen Robinson paced the Mules with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Dillon Deck had 19 points and nine rebounds before fouling out. Ryan Donald and Jordan Epps had 13 points apiece.
