The State Fair mens basketball team rallied from a three-point halftime deficit to beat Iowa Western 100-88 on Thursday in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The Roadrunners trailed 43-40 at halftime before outscoring the Rievers 60-45 in the second half.
State Fair hit 10 of 20 from 3-point range in the game, including 6 of 10 in the second half. Dondre Alexander shot 6 of 7 from 3-point range in the game to finish with 20 points. Kedar Edwards scored 24 points, Joe Thomasson scored 21 and Kevin Punter scored 20. Deron Hill added 10 points. Thomasson also had eight assists and Edwards pulled down 11 rebounds.
State Fair will visit Johnson County Community College on Saturday.
