Sedalia Police Department
1:28 p.m.: Robert Earl Anderson, 29, of the 300 block of West Sixth Street, was arrested in the 200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and third degree assault.
8:42 p.m.: Estaban Cayetabo Tolentino, 48, of the 300 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested at West Broadway Boulevard and South Sneed Avenue on charges of careless and imprudent driving and driving without an operator’s license.
8:04 a.m.: A victim was struck in the head with a bottle and her wallet, containing $439 in cash, and cell phone were stolen while walking in an alleyway near the 100 block of East Third Street.
12:43 a.m.: $15 worth of gas was stolen from a business in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
7 a.m.: Animal neglect was reported in the 1900 block of Rissler Road.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
7:15 p.m.: Jordan L. Lybarger, 20, of Kansas City, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of resisting arrest by fleeing, first degree tampering of a motor vehicle, possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and driving with a revoked license.
9:59 p.m.: Raneice L. Butner, 51, of Lincoln, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
10:31 p.m.: Jeannie M. Connelly, 44, of Centerview, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, registration violation and no insurance.
2:41 p.m.: Sabrina M. Gonzalez, 43, of Lake Sherwood, was arrested in Saline County on charges of careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash and driving with a revoked license.
