Dec. 31


2:22 p.m.: Paul Kulsharets, 18, of the 20000 block of West Main Street, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.


Jan. 2


11:17 a.m.: Kimberly Jane Morrison, 43, of the 800 block of McVey Road, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


11:17 a.m.: Stephen Gene Lappat, 25, of the 400 block of East Seventh Street, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of imitation controlled drug and drug paraphernalia.


11:17 a.m.: Michael Eddie Ritcheson, 42, of the 2200 block of South Ohio Avenue, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


11:17 a.m.: Brande L. Smith, 39, of Barnhart, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


11:17 a.m.: Heather M. Miller, 35, of the 1000 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of imitation controlled drug and drug paraphernalia.


11:17 a.m.: Michael Vincent Durham, 36, of Green Ridge, was arrested at West Seventh Street and Moniteau Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

2:33 p.m.: A box of macaroni and cheese, valued at $2, was stolen from a business in the 600 block of South Hancock Avenue.


Jan. 2


1:45 p.m.: A theft was reported at a residence in the 800 block of West Fifth Street.


2:57 p.m.: The contents of a delivered package, valued at $500, were stolen in the 800 block of Thompson Boulevard.


Jan. 3


8:09 a.m.: A wooden fence and a wooden gate were damaged at a residence in the 500 block of East 11th Street.


11:58 a.m.: A Garmin GPS, DVDs, CDs, tools, outdoor seating, phone chargers, manuals and Oakley sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of North Veteran’s Memorial Drive.

6:31 p.m.: Robert Lawson was arrested in the 25000 block of Bothwell Park Road on charges of second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and stealing.

3 p.m.: Scrap iron was stolen from a property in the 23000 block of state Route O.


Jan. 2


6:42 p.m.: A theft was reported in the 22000 block of state Highway T.
