July 14 police reports

ARREST
• Mickey L. Burch,19, of Sedalia was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Monday on a charge of stealing. Burch was booked and released according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
• Darrancq L. Arnold, of 1001 W. Sixth St., reported Sunday the driver’s side rear window of his vehicle was broken sometime Thursday, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

ASSAULT
• Dennis Whiteman, of 240 S. Quincy Ave., reported Monday he was assaulted Sunday at 229 S. Stewart Ave., according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

THEFT
• Kasandra L. Nicks, of Tipton, reported Sunday while parked at 600 S. Osage Ave., her vehicle was broken into and a $400 Kenwood face plate was stolen. Her driver’s license was also stolen, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

HIT AND RUN
• Sheriff’s deputies investigated a hit-and-run crash near the intersection of 32nd Street and Washington Ave., Saturday. A black sports car hit two mailboxes and a newspaper box, according to Pettis County Sheriff’s Department reports.
