July 18 Police Reports

Arrests

•Jeremiah Adam W. Littlepage, 23, and Kelly N. Waddle, 23, both of 600 block of North New York Avenue, were arrested between 7 and 8 p.m. Monday at their home, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Littlepage was charged with first-degree tampering, and Waddle faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance, reports stated.

Thefts

•Steven R. Sweeny, of Warsaw, reported Wednesday that his skateboard was stolen near the front doors of Wal-Mart, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Thomas D. Hockaday Jr., of 1803 E. Sixth St., reported Monday that his car was stolen from East Third Street and South Montgomery Avenue between 5:40 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., according to Sedalia Police reports. The car is a white 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra, license number 8BG 05M.

•Kelly J. Hagen, of 714 W. 14th St., reported Monday her vehicle was broken into between 6:30 p.m. Sunday and 3 p.m. Monday and a breast pump, bookbag, cell phone and a bag of baby food were stolen, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Burglary attempt

Josh A. McCullough, of 923 W. Fourth St., reported Tuesday that an attempt was made to break into his home, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Fraud

•An employee of Taco Bell, 820 S. Limit Ave., reported Monday the business received two counterfeit traveler’s checks for $500 each, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Mary Simons, of 201 W. Second St., reported Monday that her debit card was used without her knowledge, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. About $80 was taken from her account.

Hit and Run

Amanda N. Caballero, of 1505 40th St. Terrace, reported at 6:22 p.m. Monday that while her pickup truck was parked in the 1700 block of South Lafayette Avenue it was struck by another vehicle and the driver left, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
