Dec. 3, 2007, Police reports

• Bobbie Joe Pointer, 28, of the 2700 block of Clarendon Road, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. Sunday at Wal-Mart, on a charge of second-degree burglary, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. Pointer entered the store after being banned and failed to pay for several items, reports stated.

• Eldon R. Bearce, 32, of the 300 block of West Sixth Street, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. Sunday at Ohio Avenue and Fifth Street on a charge of driving while intoxicated, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

• Flint Allen Limberg Jr., 21, of Sedalia, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Sunday at 808 E. Broadway Blvd. on charges of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Pernell L. Brooks, 18, of the 1000 block of East 12th Street, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. Saturday at his home on a charge of first-degree burglary, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Property Damage

• Teresa Estes, of 1321 S. Murray Ave., reported Sunday that the driver’s side door window had been broken on her 1983 Buick, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

• Noah Killion, of 517 E. 27th St., reported Sunday that the driver’s side window on his 1997 Ford truck had been broken, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

• Kimberly Volk, of 2702 Wing Ave., reported Sunday that Christmas decorations in her front yard had been damaged, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. A large inflatable decoration was slashed and other decorations and lights were broken.

• Mary Brosch, of 3302 Southwest Blvd., reported Sunday that an inflatable Christmas decoration valued at $100 was slashed in her front yard, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

• David Quigley, of 2404 E. 10th St., reported Sunday that two windows were broken at his house, according to Sedalia Police Department reports. The damage was estimated at about $1,000.

•Elmer J. Doll, of 1702 W. 18th St., reported Monday that a window on his home was damaged when it was possibly shot with a BB, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Assault

Arthur Tseona, of 2300 S. Engineer Ave., reported Sunday that he was punched, kicked and stabbed by several people at in the 2400 block of South New York Ave., according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Burglary

Kristen Polly, of 921 S. Porter Ave., reported Saturday that her garage was broken into overnight and a blue Sanyo television and stereo surround sound speakers valued at $500 were stolen, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

Thefts

• Keith Kettner, of 451 S. Marshall Ave., reported Sunday an attempted theft of copper wire belonging to Union Pacific Railroad at 601 S. Marshall Ave., according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

• Rhiannon Foster, of Sedalia, reported Sunday that a Coach purse, Chevy Tahoe key, GE digital camera, purple Motorola Razr phone, Missouri driver's license, diamond necklace with a white gold chain, makeup and US Bank card had been stolen at 115 W. Main St., according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Linda Miser, of 1609 Country Club Blvd., reported Monday that license plates were stolen from a truck parked in the 700 block of Wilkerson Street, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Jennifer Rogers, of 918 S. Arlington Ave., reported Monday that license plates were stolen from her father’s van while it was parked at 1600 S. Prospect Ave., according to Sedalia Police Department reports.

•Jackie M. Dawson, of Sedalia, reported Monday that a camera belonging to her employer, End Zone, was lost or stolen, according to Sedalia Police Department reports.
