John Hicks, of Sweet Springs, a member of the Sedalia R/C Flyers, gives his daughter, Julinda, 14, a lesson in remote controlled flight as they share the controls while a flying model airplane Saturday afternoon in a field that will soon be filled with campers at the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
