Three hurt in single-vehicle crash
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Three people were injured in a single-vehicle accident in Moniteau County on Saturday.
Driver Stephanie L. Johnson, 33, of Jefferson City and occupants, Phoenix D. Gilpin, 2, of Jefferson City and Alexis L. Bennett, 12, of Osage Beach, were taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital in Blue Springs.
The accident occurred at 8:50 p.m. as Johnson was westbound on Bethel School Road just east of Route Y near Jamestown.
Johnson’s vehicle ran off the right side of the road, hit a fence and overturned, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
All occupants in the vehicle were wearing seat belts, the report states.
