Clinton woman injured in Henry County crash

A Clinton woman was injured in a vehicle accident at 11:55 a.m. Saturday in Henry County.

Melanie D. Burch, 47, was driving westbound on state Route 62, east of county road SW 201 when she ran off the right side of the road and struck a ditch, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Burch was taken by ambulance to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton with minor injuries. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
